α-Al2O3载体上微波水热法合成致密NaA分子筛膜
MICROWAVE HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS OF COMPACT NaA ZEOLITE MEMBRANE ON α-Al2O3 SUBSTRATE
【摘要】 在微波每次加热时间为20 min的条件下,采用多次反复合成的方法合成出致密的NaA分子筛膜。运用XRD和SEM技术表征了膜的晶相和形貌。表征结果显示,经过多次合成的分子筛膜仍然是由纯的NaA分子筛组成;随着合成次数的增加,膜的完整性进一步提高。气体分子(如H2、N2、CO、CO2、C3H8)的渗透数据显示,经过3次合成的NaA分子筛膜的H2/N2、H2/CO、H2/CO2、H2/C3H8的理想分离选择性分别为3.79、4.05、3.88、7.35,高于相应的努森扩散分离。
【Abstract】 The compact NaA zeolite membranes were synthesized by using the multi-stage synthesis method under microwave heating with synthesis time for 20 min each time. The membranes were characterized by using XRD and SEM techniques. The XRD results showed that despite employing the multi-stage synthesis, the synthesized membranes still kept the feature of pure NaA zeolite crystal, and the integrity of the synthesized membranes was further improved with the increase of synthesis times as demonstrated by the SEM photos. The H2/N2, H2/CO, H2/CO2 and H2/C3H8 permselectivities on the zeolite membrane after the three-stage synthesis were 3.79, 4.05, 3.88, 7.35, respectively, higher than the corresponding Knudsen diffusion selectivities.
