不同拟薄水铝石胶溶体系的孔结构与流变
STRUCTURE AND RHEOLOGICAL CHARACTER OF DIFFERENT PEPTIZED PSEUDO-BOEHMITES
【摘要】 应用动态法(Dynamic oscillatory method)测定了SD(山东产工业品)和TY(自制)两种拟薄水铝石胶溶体系的流变性。在频率扫描中,随着频率的增大,两体系的储能模量和损耗模量以及复合粘度曲线变化趋势相同,只是SD体系的特征松弛时间比TY高出近20倍。小振幅振荡法(OSC)时间扫描曲线表明,TY体系在一定的时间内可形成稳定的结构。对两种不同的原料在胶溶前后的孔容的变化进行了比较,发现经过胶溶后孔容均减少。
【Abstract】 Having compared the rheological character of different peptized pseudo-hoehmites with dynamic oscillatory method, the curves of storage modulus, loss modulus and complex viscosity of SD(SD commercial) and TY(Lab. made) showed the same trends as the shear frequency increased, but characteristic relaxation time of SD was as twenty times as it was of TY. OSC time scanning curve of TY showed that TY formed stable structure in a certain timperical. The pore volume decreased through peptization.
