聚丙烯酸酯结构与降凝的关系
RELATION BETWEEN STRUCTURE OF POLY (n-ALKYL ACRYLATES) AND THEIR POUR POINT DEPRESSION
【摘要】 合成了侧链碳原子数16~30的聚丙烯酸酯(PA)降凝剂,考察了它们的结晶性质、溶解性质和降凝效果。结果表明,PA降凝剂的侧链上只有远离极性基团的碳原子能够参与结晶。当参与结晶的碳原子数约等于原油中蜡的平均碳原子数的3/4时,亦即平均相对分子质量在(1 5~2 2)×104时,PA降凝剂的降凝效果最好。极性基团的引入,会改善降凝剂的降凝效果;但如极性基团的含量过高,则会降低甚至丧失降凝作用。
【Abstract】 Poly (n-alkyl acrylates) (PA) with the carbon number of the alkyl side chains of 16~30 (C16~30) were synthesized. Their crystallinity,solubility and the effect of lowering pour point of crudes were studied.Results showed that only carbon atoms located far from the polar groups of PA pour point depressants participated in crystallization,and those carbon number of alkyl side chains about three fourth the average carbon number of the wax in crudes,i.e. the average relative molecular mass of PAs in the range of 1.5~2.2×104 showed the best effects.The introduction of polar groups into the molecule of PA improved its performance.However,too high the content of the polar groups in PA would cause deterioration and even loss of PA’s performance of depression.
