【摘要】 [目的 ]探索一种提高康复期老年病人心理健康水平、日常生活能力及生活满意度的社会支持模式 ,以减轻病人家属和单位的照顾压力。 [方法 ]将 15 3例意识清楚、伴有一定躯体功能缺损的康复期老年病人随机分成3组 :对照组 :争取客观支持的基础上加强生活护理 ;实验Ⅰ组 :在客观支持的基础上强化主观支持与利用度 ,同时加强功能锻炼 ;实验Ⅱ组 :争取客观支持的基础上强化功能锻炼。应用社会支持评定量表 (SSRS)、抑郁自评量表 (SDS)、生活满意度量表 (LSR)以及日常生活能力量表 (ADL) ,在护理干预前后进行测评。 [结果 ]实验Ⅰ组在社会支持、日常生活能力及生活满意度等方面明显优于对照组。 [结论 ]康复期老年病人应重视主观支持、社会支持利用度的提高以及功能锻炼 ,以增进病人心身健康 ,提高生活质量 ,减轻子女和单位的照顾压力更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to probe into a social support mode that can raise the psychological health level, daily life ability and life satisfaction degree of senile patients in convalescence stage so as to lessen the care-taking burden of family members and colleagues. Method: a total of 153 senile patients in convalescence stage with clear consciousness and a certain body functional defects were divided into 3 groups randomly. Patients in control group were strengthened the daily life nursing care on the base of objective support. Patients in test Ⅰ group were given subjective strengthened support and availability and functional exercises based on objective support. While patients in test Ⅱ group only got strengthened functional exercises besides objective support. All patients were evaluated both before and after nursing intervention by filling out questionnaires of social support rating scale (SSRS),self-assessment depression scale (SDS), life satisfaction rating scale (LSR), and daily life ability scale (ADL). Result: in terms of social support, daily life ability and life satisfactory, patients of test I group were superior to that of control group. Conclusion: senile patients in convalescence stage should pay attention to enhance the subjective support, social support availability and functional exercises so as to enhance their mind and body health and living quality and to lessen the burden of their children and colleagues.更多还原
