【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨葛根素治疗突发性耳聋、耳鸣的效果。 [方法 ]将突发性耳聋、耳鸣病人 10 0例随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别采用葛根素、低分子右旋糖酐及丹参进行治疗 ,观察两组耳聋、耳鸣症状改善情况。 [结果 ]突发性耳聋治疗组总有效率高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组耳鸣总有效率无统计学意义。 [结论 ]葛根素治疗突发性耳聋、耳鸣均有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to probe into the effect of Daidzein to treat patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus. Method: a total of 100 patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus were selected and divided into both test and control groups. Patients of the two groups were given Daidzein, dextran-40 and Danshen root respectively. Then the improvement of tinnitus and deafness in the two groups were observed. Result: general effective rate in patients of test group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in terms of tinnitus improvement between patients of the two groups. Conclusion: sudden deafness and tinnitus of patients could be improved obviously by using Daidzein.更多还原
