【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨早期良肢位对提高偏瘫病人日常生活能力的效果。 [方法 ]选择急性脑卒中偏瘫病人64例 ,随机分成实验组和对照组 ,两组均接受 4周相同的神经内科常规治疗及护理。试验组自发病当天起保持良肢位 ,对照组取自然体位。发病当天和发病 4周分别用Barthel指数计分法对病人日常生活能力进行评估。 [结果 ]发病当天两组病人Barthel指数评分无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5) ,4周后Barthel评分实验组明显优于对照组。 [结论 ]偏瘫病人早期保持良肢位能明显抑制异常姿势 ,对提高日常生活能力有效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to probe into the effect of keeping normal limbs in good po sition in early stage in promoting the daily living ability of hemi-paralysis pa tients. Method: a total of 64 cases acute cerebral apoplexy with hemi-paralysis patients were selected and divided into test and control group randomly. Patient s of both groups were given routine treatment and nursing care of neurology depa rtment for 4 weeks. Patients of test group were asked to keep their normal limbs in good position from their onset of illness. Patients of control group were ju st taken natural position. Daily living ability of the two group patients were e valuated via Barthel indexes scoring system on the day of their onset and 4 week s later respectively. Result: there was no statistical significance between the two groups in terms the Barthel indexes scoring on the day of their onset of ill ness (P>0.05). However, 4 weeks after intervention, Barthel scor es of test group patients were higher than that of control group. Conclusion: to keep normal limbs in good position in early stage of hemi-paralysis patients ma y reduce abnormal posture of them and it could enhance the daily living ability of these patients effectively.更多还原
