【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨社区健康教育对中青年临界高血压病人的作用。 [方法 ]对社区 14 6例中青年临界高血压病人实施健康教育。 [结果 ]实施健康教育后病人的卫生知识 (知 )比以前更加丰富 ,合作态度 (信 )更好 ;生活行为 (行 )也得到改善 ;病人的血压也较健康教育前明显下降 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ;血压恢复正常者 89例 ( 60 .96% )。 [结论 ]对社区中青年临界高血压病人实施健康教育 ,是降低病人血压 ,保证病人生活质量 ,预防高血压继发疾病的有效措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to explore the role of community health education on middle-aged and youth with critical hypertension. Method: a total of 146 middle-aged and youth with critical hypertension were given health education. Results: after health education being carried out for these patients, they were with more rich hygiene knowledge, more cooperative with doctor. Their living behavior has improved. Blood pressure of them decreased obviously compared to that before health education (all P<0.05). Blood pressures of 89 patients come down to normal (60.96%). Conclusion: to carry out health education for middle-aged and youth with critical hypertension is an effective measure to lower their blood pressure, to enhance their life quality, and to prevent secondary diseases of hypertension for them.更多还原
