【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨医务人员洗手相关问题。 [方法 ]对 184名医务人员进行关于洗手知识的问卷调查 ,并对 62名医务人员洗手程序、消毒效果进行比较分析 ;根据采样时间不同 ,对 60名医务人员进行监测结果比较。 [结果 ] 184名医务人员对洗手知识普遍存在一些不足 ,特别是对手清洁和消毒的指证、手采样时间、中和剂的使用等问题缺乏正确认识 ;另外医生洗手不如护士洗手规范 ,且洗手效果明显不如护士。 [结论 ]医务人员洗手时出现的问题 ,不仅与自身重视不够有关 ,而且与相应的管理规范不缜密有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to probe into some problems in hands-washing of both medical and nursing staffs. Method: a total of 184 medical and nursing staffs were selected and asked to fill out questionnaire on their knowledge about hands-washing. Both hands-washing procedure and disinfection effects of 62 staffs were analyzed comparatively. And monitoring outcomes of 60 medical and nursing staffs were compared based on different sample collection time points as well. Results: all 184 medical and nursing staffs had inadequate knowledge about hands-washing. Particularly they were lack of correct understanding on indications of cleaning and disinfection of hands, hands sample collection time, and use of neutralization agents. Hands-washing of doctors were less standard than that of nurses. Hands-washing effect of doctors were poorer than that of nurses. Conclusion: problems existed in the course of hands-washing in medical staffs were related not only with that they did not pay more attention to but also with that management was not standard at all.更多还原
