【摘要】 目的 :分析有疑病心理的性病病人的心理状况及其相关因素。方法 :使用SCL -90自评量表并通过自拟病人一般情况调查表综合分析其影响因素。结果 :有疑病心理的性病病人SCL -90中的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性等因子分均高于正常常模。年龄在 3 0岁以上、已婚、文化程度较高、经济收入较高的人群呈现较严重的心理问题 ,患病率高于其他病人。结论 :对有疑病心理的性病病人除了进行常规治疗外 ,还需进行必要的心理治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to analyze the psychological status of hypochondria patients with venereal disease and its relative factors. Method: patients were asked to fill out SCL-90 and self-designed common state survey scale. Data of patients and influencing factors were analyzed comprehensively. Results: factor scores including somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, and insanity of hypochondria patients with venereal disease were higher than that of normal common model. Patients of above 30 years of age, married, with higher knowledge level and higher incomes have more severe psychological manifestations. The incidence of hypochondria of them was higher than that of other patients. Conclusion: it is necessary to carry out psychological treatment for hypochondria patients with venereal disease besides routinely treatment.更多还原
