【摘要】 目的 :了解矿区学龄前儿童体格发育状况。方法 :2 0 0 2年 10月对矿区65 7名学龄前儿童体格发育常用指标 (体重、身高、坐高、头围、胸围 )进行测量 ,并与标准值进行比较。结果 :矿区学龄前儿童身高、体重、坐高均超过1985年九市城区同龄儿童的标准值 ,头围基本处于同一发育水平 ,6岁年龄组胸围超过标准值 ,其余各年龄组均低于标准值。结论 :矿区学龄前儿童体重的增长速度落后于身高 ,胸围发育差 ,形成“纤细体型” ;保证矿区儿童充足的营养和适当体格锻炼 ,是今后矿区儿童保健、儿少卫生、营养工作者和家长们应特别重视的问题更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to find out the physical development status of preschool children in mining area of Jincheng city. Method: commonly-used indexes of physical development including body weight, body height, sitting height, head circumference, and chest circumference of a total of 657 preschool children in mining area were measured in Oct. 2002 and compared with the standard values of children at corresponding age. Results: values of body height, body weight, and sitting height of preschool children in mining area have already surpassed the standard values of children at corresponding age measured in 1985 from town area of 9 cities. However, head circumferences of children at different age groups were basically at the same development level compared with the standard values. Chest circumference of subjects at 6 year-age group has also surpassed the standard at the same age group. Chest circumferences of children at other age groups were lower than the standard values of children at corresponding age groups. Conclusion: the increment speed of body weight of preschool children in mining area fell behind the increment speed of body height of them. They had poor development of chest circumference, which made them very thin. Those engaging in child health, childhood nutrition work, and parents should pay more attention to ensure children in mining area to have enough nutritious food and to do proper physical exercises.更多还原
