改性钼镍粉在催化缩酮反应中的应用
Application of modified molybdenum nickel powder catalysis ketal reaction
【摘要】 用改性钼镍粉作催化剂。催化环己酮与乙二醇进行缩合反应。合成了环己酮乙二醇缩酮产物。通过实验选择出了改性钼镍粉催化缩铜反应的最佳条件:n(环己酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶2。环己烷作带水剂,其用量为15mL,催化剂用量为环己酮质量的7%,回流反应时间4h。环己酮乙二醇缩酮的总收率为90.5%。
【Abstract】 With modifying molybdenum nicket powder as catalyst,cycloketon gies on the condensation reaction with ethylene glycol. Which format contract keton of them. Through experiment we will get the best condition in the reaction of modifying molybdenum nickel powder in catalysis contract:the mole ratio of cyclohexanone to ethylene glycol is 1∶2,cyclohexane is water-carrying agent, its volume is 15 mL,catalyst is 7% of quantity of cycloketon, refluxing for 4 h.The yield of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal is 90.5%.
