制备固体聚合硫酸铁的工艺研究
Study on the technology of preparation of solid polyferric sulfate
【摘要】 介绍了用双氧水氧化法制备固体聚合硫酸铁的简单工艺。结果表明:用此方法生成的固体聚合硫酸铁,其盐基度为10.1%~12.8%,处理废水COD去除效率大于80%。该工艺方法简单,反应时间短,无催化剂,并具有对环境友好和一定的经济效益。
【Abstract】 This article reports the preparation of solid polymer ferric sulfate by peroxide hydroge oxidation.The results of testing indicated that solid polymer ferric sulfate is produced by the method and its salinity is 10.1%~12.8%,the removal efficiency of chemical oxygen demand is larger than 80%.The method don’t need catalyst and has characteristics such as simple technology,short reaction time and good for environment and has economical benefits.
