【Abstract】 Land consolidation is to adjust the relation of land application and to make method and structure of using land meet the needs of economic development of society according to social,economic and technologic condition,and developing plan of social economy and plan of land application.Especially we should combine land arrangement with protection of ecologic environment,establish scientific assessing model for land ecologic system,stipulate relevant assessing principles for land ecologic system and provide grounds for the project’s assessment on ecologic effects.更多还原
