【Abstract】 Employment capacity of a society is influenced by both production level and other factors.Amony the factors,population flow,especially flowing from rural ares to urban areas may produce great impact on the number of employment population.We should analyse the Western flow model of population in order to explore the theory and choose employment policy which is suited to the situation of China.更多还原
