塑性成形技术在钢铝复合导电轨制造中的应用及发展趋势

【摘要】 钢铝复合导电轨较之传统的钢导电轨 ,具有导电性好、耐磨损、重量轻、寿命长等许多优点 ,在国外一些诸如地铁等的城市快速轨道交通中得到了较为广泛的应用 ,在电气化的轨道交通系统中极具发展潜力及应用前景。简单叙述了复合导电轨的结构、组成及特点 ,通过国外的一些具有代表性的专利 ,重点介绍了至今为止国外在制造钢铝复合导电轨中采用的塑性成形技术。对各种制造技术进行了分析与比较 ,指出了其未来的发展趋势 ,提出了一种新型的、极具发展潜力的复合导电轨成形技术———铝合金半固态成形与钢共同挤压技术。

【Abstract】 Composite conductor rail of aluminum and steel has a number of advantages over traditional steel conductor rail such as high electrical conductivity, good abrasion-resistance, low density and long-term durability etc., which make it widely used in fast transit rail transportation such as subways in some countries, and competitive in electrical rail transportation systems in coming future. After a brief of the structure, makeup and features of the composite rail, the plastic working technologies applied in the manufacturing of the composite conductor so far are introduced in detail based on some typical invention patents published. An analysis and comparison are made on the various manufacturing methods, and the most potential technologies are predicted. Finally a new manufacturing technology, co-extrusion of semi-solid aluminum alloy and steel, is presented.
