V形件弯曲变形过程分析及弯曲凹模深度的计算

【摘要】 本文分析了V形件弯曲变形过程 ,论述了凹模结构对变形过程的影响 ,指出了凹模斜壁的作用及反向弯曲的必要性 ,提出了弯曲凹模深度的计算公式。

【Abstract】 The defect of the method introduced in existent technical books and periodicals for determination of die depth is pointed. The effect of the incline plane and the relation between incline plane and radius is analysed. A formula for calculation of die depth is derived.
