基于有限元反向法的板料成形毛坯设计
Blank design based on the Inverse finite element method
【摘要】 由反向法计算出的毛坯存在一定的形状误差。为获得优化的毛坯 ,根据冲压件成形后的形状误差和变形趋势 ,提出了毛坯形状修正算法。结合Hyperform和Dynaform软件应用所提出的毛坯形状修正算法实现了毛坯设计方法。数值模拟结果表明 ,这种设计方法具有较高的精度和计算效率的同时 ,还可以评价冲压件的成形性。
【Abstract】 The Shape of Blank calculated with the inverse finite element method is usually not accurate. In order to obtain an optimal blank, a blank shape modification method is proposed based on the shape error and material flowing trends of deformed drawing pieces. Using numerical simulation software Hyperform and Dynaform, the shape modification method is applied to implement a blank design method. Numerical results confirm the accuracy, computing efficiency and ability of formability evaluation of the blank design method.
