马拉硫磷对中华稻蝗等位酶基因型的致死作用

【摘要】 将采自山西省代县阳明堡乡的中华稻蝗 (Oxya chinensis)进行马拉硫磷急性毒性实验 ,并对所研究个体进行等位酶水平淀粉凝胶电泳 ,研究马拉硫磷毒性与中华稻蝗种群等位酶基因型之间的相关关系 .结果表明 :马拉硫磷毒性与中华稻蝗种群基因型之间存在相关关系 ,在所研究的磷酸葡萄糖异构酶 (PGI)和苹果酸酶 (ME)两种等位酶中 ,马拉硫磷对中华稻蝗等位酶 PGI不同基因型个体有选择性致死作用 .卡方分析显示 ,其中的一对基因型Pgi- ab和 Pgi- bb之间存在显著的致死差异

【Abstract】 Allozyme analysis using horiontal starch gel electrophoresis was used to explore whether the mortalities of Oxya chinensis individuals from Yangmingbu,Daixian,Shanxi were related to their genotypes when they underwent acute toxicity of malathion in the laboratory.Two polymorphic loci Pgi adn Me were examined.The differential mortalities of various genotypes at Pgi locus were observed due to the malathion toxicity but no such effect was found at Me locus. It was suggested that the respondence of the genotypes at some loci to malathion toxicity was distinguished using allozyme analysis,i.e. malathion had selective mortality on O. chinensis individuals,as shown by χ~2 test at Pgi locus.The mortality of the individuals with Pgi-bb was found the highest(64 %) while that of Pgi-ab was the lowest(52 %).The data implied that the allozyme PGI could be used as an indicator of resistance in this Oxya chinensis population.
