山西临猗东亚飞蝗普通酯酶生化特性研究

【摘要】 对山西临猗地区东亚飞蝗雌雄共64个个体的酯酶动力学特征及体外抑制进行比较研究.结果表明:雌雄个体的非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳图谱不存在明显差异,蛋白含量雌性个体为雄性个体的1.04倍,但是以α-NA,β-NA和α-NB为底物,雌性个体的酯酶活性分别是雄性个体的1.40,1.30和1.39倍.体外抑制表明,雌雄个体的B型酯酶含量分别为78.81%和59.70%.

【Abstract】 General esterases of the oriental migratory locust between the males and females from Linyi,Shanxi were characterized and compared.Between them,no significant difference was found in banding patterns of general esterases when α-naphthyl acetate was used as substrate in nondenaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.However,enzyme kinetics suggested that esterase activity of the females was respectively,1.40-fold,1.30-fold,and 1.39-fold higher than that of the males when α-naphthyl acetate, β-naphthyl acetate and α-naphthyl butyrate were used as substrates. Inhibition studies showed that most of esterases of the females and males were B-type, being about 78.82 % and 59.70 %,respectively.
