【摘要】 大学作为一种独特的社会组织,既有学术属性,又有科层属性。这两种属性反映了组织活动过程中两种不同的价值取向,也决定了学术权力和行政权力在大学中的客观存在。多年来,行政权力在我国大学的决策与管理中处于主动地位,学术权力一定程度被忽视。正确认识大学的组织特性,研究和探讨行政权力和学术权力的相互关系,对于深化高校内部管理体制改革,促进高等教育的改革与发展,具有重要的实践指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Universities are special organizations which have both academic feature and bureaucratic feature.These two features reflect two kinds of value orientation and determine that two kinds of power coexist in universities.It has been lasting for many years in Chinese universities that bureaucratic powers surpass academic powers while academic powers are neglected in decision-making and administration.It is important to rethink the organizational feature and the two kinds of power in universities in order to deepen higher education system reform of China.更多还原
