【Abstract】 Industrial-structurers hold that the performance of an enterprise is dependent on the earning potential of the industry it happens to belong to, while strategic-resourcers, on the contrary, argue that the resources and the capacity of the enterprise are the determinant factors. Empirical researches reveal that, although in China, industrial structure may have an important influence on an individual firm’s performance, the resources and the capacity of the enterprise have a even greater impact of firm’s performance.更多还原
