【摘要】 目的　分析问号钩体Ⅱ型分泌系统相关基因特征。方法　根据问号钩体黄疸出血群赖型赖株全基因组数据库 ,应用BLAST ,Tmpred ,Pfam等软件分析问号钩体Ⅱ型分泌系统的基因组成和编码蛋白的结构特征 ,并比较问号钩体与铜绿假单胞菌和大肠埃希菌K12Ⅱ型分泌系统组成蛋白的同源性。结果　问号钩体中与Ⅱ型分泌系统相关的蛋白有 11个 ,其中 6个为一般分泌途径蛋白 ,5个为Sec分泌途径蛋白 ,问号钩体中可能存在Ⅱ型分泌系统 ,但一些辅助蛋白未发现 ,需要进一步研究。结论　初步预测了问号钩体中Ⅱ型分泌系统的作用模式 ,为深入研究问号钩体的致病机制奠定基础更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the characteristics of type Ⅱ secretion pathway gene of Leptospira interrogens.Methods Analyze the genetic constitution of type Ⅱ secretion system, as well as the structure characteristic of protein encoded by the gene, by using online analysis software such as BLAST, Tmpred and Pfam based on the genome data bank of L.interrogans serogroup icterohaemorrhagiae strain Lai.Compare the (homology of type Ⅱ secretion pathway proteins of L.interogans, P.aeruginosa and E.coli K12. Results)There were 11 kinds of type Ⅱ secretion pathway proteins, of which 6 were general secretion pathway proteins and 5 were Sec secretion pathway ones.Type Ⅱ secretion system might exist in L.interrogans,however, some assistant proteins were not found.Conclusion The action mode of type Ⅱ secretion system of L.interrogans were preliminarily predicted.It laid a foundation of further study on pathogenic mechanism of the microorgan.更多还原
