抗瘤酮A10、5Fu、GM-CSF和IL-2的抗癌效果
Antitumor Effects of A10, 5Fu, GM-CSF and IL-2
【摘要】 目的 比较A1 0 、5Fu、GM CSF和IL 2的抗癌效果。方法 选取NIH小鼠 ,分别腹腔接种肝腹水HeP A 2 2细胞、骨肉瘤S180细胞及胃癌MFC细胞 ,10d后将注射每种细胞的小鼠分为 3组 ,每组 12只 ,分别于小鼠腹腔注射A1 0 、5Fu、GM CSF和IL 2 ,每日 1次 ,每次 1ml 只 ,连续给药 8d后改为每 3d给药 1次 ,观察小鼠生存时间及抑瘤效果。结果 A1 0 、5Fu、GM CSF及IL 2均能延长小鼠生存时间 ,A1 0 抑制肝HeP A 2 2肿瘤效果显著。结论 A1 0 、5Fu、GM CSF和IL 2均有抑制癌细胞生长作用
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the antitumor effects of A10, 5Fu, GM-CSF and IL-2.Methods Establish 3 kinds of animal model of tumors by inoculating i.p. liver ascites Hep-A-22 cells, osteosarcoma cells and gastric carcinoma MFC cells into NIH mice respectivelty.Ten days later, each model was divided into different groups,12 mice per group, and injected i.p. with 1ml of A10, 5Fu, GM-CSF and IL-2 daily for 8 days, then every 3 days, respectively. Record the survival time of mice and evaluate tumor-inhibiting effect. Results All the drugs prolonged the survival time of mice.A10 showed significant inhibiting effect on liver tumor caused by Hep-A-22. Conclusion A10, 5Fu, GM-CSF and IL-2 showed inhibiting effects on the growth of tumor cells.
