【摘要】 目的　比较A1 0 、5Fu、GM CSF和IL 2的抗癌效果。方法　选取NIH小鼠 ,分别腹腔接种肝腹水HeP A 2 2细胞、骨肉瘤S180细胞及胃癌MFC细胞 ,10d后将注射每种细胞的小鼠分为 3组 ,每组 12只 ,分别于小鼠腹腔注射A1 0 、5Fu、GM CSF和IL 2 ,每日 1次 ,每次 1ml 只 ,连续给药 8d后改为每 3d给药 1次 ,观察小鼠生存时间及抑瘤效果。结果　A1 0 、5Fu、GM CSF及IL 2均能延长小鼠生存时间 ,A1 0 抑制肝HeP A 2 2肿瘤效果显著。结论　A1 0 、5Fu、GM CSF和IL 2均有抑制癌细胞生长作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the antitumor effects of A₁₀, 5Fu, GM-CSF and IL-2.Methods Establish 3 kinds of animal model of tumors by inoculating i.p. liver ascites Hep-A-22 cells, osteosarcoma cells and gastric carcinoma MFC cells into NIH mice respectivelty.Ten days later, each model was divided into different groups,12 mice per group, and injected i.p. with 1ml of A₁₀, 5Fu, GM-CSF and IL-2 daily for 8 days, then every 3 days, respectively. Record the survival time of mice and evaluate tumor-inhibiting effect. Results All the drugs prolonged the survival time of mice.A₁₀ showed significant inhibiting effect on liver tumor caused by Hep-A-22. Conclusion A₁₀, 5Fu, GM-CSF and IL-2 showed inhibiting effects on the growth of tumor cells.更多还原
