【摘要】 目的　研究放射性核素89SrCl2 治疗骨转移瘤前后机体免疫功能变化及免疫学指标与预后关系。方法　选择经89SrCl2 治疗的患者 17例及正常对照 2 0例。分别检测治疗组治疗前、后及正常对照组CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/CD+8、TNF α和IL 2值 ,并对死亡患者与存活患者各项指标进行比较。结果　正常对照组与治疗组治疗前后各项指标差异均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。死亡患者与存活患者之间各项指标差异均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　通过对CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/CD+8、TNF α及IL 2水平监测 ,为进一步选择治疗药物和治疗时机提供良好的指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of 89 SrCl 2 on the immunological functions of patients with metastatic tumor of bone and evaluate the relationship between immunological indexes and prognosis of the patients.Methods Treat 17 patients of metastatic tumor of bone with 89 SrCl 2,using 20 healthy persons as control.Detect the CD + 4,CD + 8,CD + 4/CD + 8,TNF α and IL 2 levels of the patients before and after the treatment and compare with those of control.In addition,compare the immunological indexes of survival and died patients.Results Significant differences were observed between the immunological indexes of patients and healthy persons,between the patients before and after treatment,and between the survival and died patients.Conclusion The monitoring of immunological indexes was helpful to selecting appropriate drug and time for the treatment of metastatic tumor of bone.更多还原
