【摘要】 西方企业繁荣的重要原因是企业能根据市场机制所反应的信息,调整生产和经营方向,以最快的速度满足消费者需求,并能根据市场的繁荣和萧条,决定企业的规模大小。我国国有企业的改革却受到国家制度刚性的约束,不能根据市场机制所反应的信息调节企业的规模大小,其改革往往滞后,渐渐失去竞争力。东北老工业基地国有企业改革应该以此为鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key to the Western enterprise prosperity is that enterprises can adjust the direction of production and management by the information from the market mechanism to meet the consumers’ needs at the quickest speed and can decide the scale of the enterprises by the prosperity and depression of the markets.The reform of goverment-ownd enterprises is restrained by the country’s system and it can fade away with no regulation the scale of the enterprises by the information from the market mechanism.So the reform of government-owned enterprises of Northeast China’s traditional industrial base should pay attention to it.更多还原
