贵州各动物地理省爬行动物分布聚类探讨

【摘要】 将贵州101种爬行动物在贵州五个动物地理省中有或无分布作为二元状态,用联合系数来表征两动物地理省间爬行类种类组成的相似程度,以类平均法进行聚类。聚类结果表明黔北、黔中、黔南三个动物地理省先聚为一类,再与黔东南的动物地理省聚为一类,最后与黔西动物地理省聚成一类。

【Abstract】 101 reptiles distributing in GuiZhou province were reported and the distributing characteristics with the method of the group distributing were discussed.
