【Abstract】 The recombinant plasmids P^G-S1 were constructed by inserting the S₁ gene of avian infectious bronchitis virus which was contained in P^IBV-Z into the downstream of plasmid P^EGFP-C1 CMV promoter.The detection of constructed plasmid by digesting it with restriction endonuclease,PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis indicated that the constructed plasmid could be an expression vector for preparing transgene chicke.更多还原
