【Abstract】 Protein cross-linking is involved in several biological processes, and is common in a group of diseases characterized by abnormal protein deposition. This article summarized three hypothetic theories from home or overseas to expatiate the molecular mechanism for converting monomeric/functional forms of proteins into cross-linked dimeric/oligomeric forms.更多还原
