【Abstract】 GTC is one of the most routine total RNA isolation methods. In this paper, we introduced a modified GTC method used in to isolate the total RNA from Rice,Corn and Capsicum. Comparing to the previous methods, it is simple, fast, high purity and good integrate ion. It is worth to be used widely.更多还原
