【摘要】 目的 :对引进法国罗地亚EZAL -MY96直投式酸奶发酵剂 (DVS)进行菌株分离鉴定。方法 :利用半选择性培养基进行发酵剂菌株分离 ,并采用糖发酵实验和RAPD指纹图谱进行鉴定。结果 :EZAL -MY96中球菌的平板菌落与光镜显微观察、糖发酵实验和RAPD指纹图谱均只有 1种情况 ,而杆菌均有 2种情况。结论 :从EZAL -MY96菌种中共分离到 3株菌 ,其中 1株鉴定为嗜热链球菌 ,1株为德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种 ,另 1株为未知的乳杆菌更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In this experiment,the isolation and identification of directed-vat-set(DVS) of EZAL-MY96 were made.Methods:The lactic acid bacteria were isolated by semi-selective medium and were identified by sugar fermentation experiment and RAPD fingerprint.Results:Observation of colony and light-microscope,sugar fermentation experiment and RAPD fingerprint showed that Streptococcus of EZAL-MY96 only had one case,and Lactobacillus of EZAL-MY96 had two cases.Conclusions:Three kinds of lactic acid bacteria from DVS were isolated.One is Streptococcus thermophilus,one is Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp.bulgaricus and another is one of unknown Lactobacillus.更多还原
