以掷孢酵母作为伴生菌产生VC前体KGA的研究
Study of Sporoblomyces Roseus on Production of Vitamin C Precursor-2-keto-gulonic acid
【摘要】 以掷孢酵母作为伴生菌与氧化葡萄糖酸杆菌组成新混菌体系 ,通过测定生长代谢曲线 ,对其产酸性能和特点进行了研究。结果显示 :相同条件下 ,新菌系产酸能力高于现有菌系 ,酸量增加 5 - 7mg/ml,发酵周期缩短 6 - 8h,酸转化率提高 3- 4 % ,最高产酸点pH值下降约 0 5个单位 ,表现出较大的产酸潜力和可修饰性。
【Abstract】 A new component of bacteria was composed of Gluconobacter oxydans and Sporoblomyces roseus.The function and characteristic of synthesizing 2-keto-L-gulonic acid (KGA) were studied.The results showed:In the same condition,the KGA synthesis ability of new component of bacteria was higher than that of the existed productive component of bacteria.The productivity of 2-keto-L-gulonic acid was increased by 5-7 mg/ml,the fermentation period was shortened by 6-8 hours,the conversion rate of L-sorbose to KGA was increased by 3-4%,and the better potientiality and decoration of synthesizing KGA were showed.
