【摘要】 应用正交试验L2 7(313)对鳞翅目昆虫高毒效的苏云金杆菌 33菌株的发酵培养基进行研究 ,得到了适合其发酵培养的优化复合培养基配方——— 0 .5 %玉米粉 +2 .0 0 %黄豆粉 +0 .15 %酵母粉 +0 .2 5 %鱼粉 +0 .0 75 %蛋白胨 +0 .2 5 %磷酸二氢钾 +0 .0 5 %碳酸钙 +0 .0 35 %硫酸镁。另外实验还证实适当增加通气量、发酵初始酸碱度控制在pH7.5、发酵温度 30℃、转速 180r/min、培养 4 0h更适合该菌株液体深层发酵。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultural medium of Bacillus thuringiersis 33 which is high poison to lepidoptera insect was researched by the orthogonal test.The results indicated that under the cultural condition of temperature 30℃,50ml inventory/500ml flask and speed of agitation 180r/min, cultivate 40 hours,the optium fermentation medium (%)was obtained which was composed of carbon source 0.5,corn flour 2.0,soybean flour 0.15,yeast powder 0.25,peptone 0.075,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.25,calcium carbonate 0.05,magnesium sulphate 0.035,pH7.5.更多还原
