芽孢乳杆菌发酵葡萄糖制备D(-)-乳酸的研究
Study on fermentative production of D(-)-lactic acid from glucose by Sporolactobacillus sp.
【摘要】 在国内首次报道了发酵法制备D( ) 乳酸 ,采用芽孢乳杆菌 (Sporolactobacillussp )从葡萄糖发酵制备D 乳酸。该发酵为微需氧 ,发酵培养基组成 (g/L) :葡萄糖 6 0 ,酵母膏 6 ,玉米浆 5 ,NH4NO3 l,麸皮 2 ,NaH2 PO44,CaCO3 4 0 ,发酵液的初始pH为 7 0。在最佳条件下 ,37℃发酵 72h可产 4 0 7g/L的D 乳酸 ,葡萄糖转化率 6 7 83%。通过离子配位色谱分析 ,产物的D 乳酸光学纯度为 96 0 4 %e e 。
【Abstract】 This is the first report to our knowledge on the fe rm entative production of D(-)-lactic acid in China D-lactic acid was produced from glucose by Sporolactobacillus sp.The aerated fermentation was condu cted ,and the optimized medium was as follows(g/L): glucose 60, yeast extract 6, corn steep liquor 5, NH 4NO 31, bran 2, NaH 2PO 4 4, CaCO 3 40 The initial pH for the fermentation medium was 70, and the optimal temperature was 37 ℃ U n der optimized conditions, 407 g/L of D-lactic acid was produced from 60 g/L g lucose after 72 h fermentation The optical purity of the produced D-lacti c acid was 9604%ee analyzed by HPLC
