【摘要】 目的 评估AO圆棒内固定系统(VentroFix)在胸腰椎结核前路病灶彻底切除植骨内固定术中的临床应用价值。方法 对16例胸腰椎结核患者行病灶切除,植骨及应用VentroFix进行内固定。结果 16例经9-18个月随访,无术中,术后并发症,植骨全部融合,无植骨块移位或塌陷及高度丢失。亦无螺钉断裂无松动等现象,脊髓神经功能均有不同程度的恢复。结论 该固定系统具有固定牢固,稳定性高,操作简单安全,合并症少,生物相容性好,无磁性等优点,是胸腰椎结核良好的前路内固定器械。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluates the clinical value of VentroFix in anterior fixation of thoracolurabar spinal tuberculosis. Methods 16 cases of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis operated upon by anterior radical debridement, bone grafting and VentroFix fixation were studied. Results 16 cases were followed up from 9-18 months, there was no complication related to the operation, no screw loosening or breaking. Con-clusion VentroFix can supply intrinsic stability and has the characteristics simplicity, safety, few complic-ations, good biocomression in thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis.更多还原
