紫草宁形成相关的基因克隆及其代谢工程
The Advances of cDNA Clones Related Shikonin Formation and the Metabolic Engineering of Shikonin
【摘要】 紫草是我国重要的中草药材 ,其中紫草宁是主要的药用成分。目前 ,组织培养技术已经能够工业化生产紫草宁药物。近年来 ,人们运用分子生物学方法和技术 ,从紫草培养细胞中分离和鉴定的一些与紫草宁形成相关的基因克隆 ,并且开展了紫草宁代谢工程的研究。综述了这两方面的主要研究进展 ,并对其后续的基础和应用研究进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The pharmacologically important metabolite shikonin,which is one of main effective components,is produced industrially by suspension cultured Lithospermum erythrorhizon cells in M9 medium.The metabolic pathway for formation of shinkonin has been basically elucidated in resent years and its molecular mechanism is being under investigated.Now the genes related shikonin formation and the advances in metabolic engineering of shikonin are presented and the prospect is also described in the review.;
