生物医用智能高分子材料刺激响应性研究
The Advance in Researches for Biomedical Intelligent Polymer Materials
【摘要】 生物医用智能高分子材料对于由外界环境微小的物理或化学变化引起的刺激 ,其自身的各种性质会发生明显的改变 ,能以固体、溶液或吸附于载体表面的形式存在 ,包括水溶性聚合物的水溶液、交联的水溶性聚合物(即水凝胶 )和固定于载体表面的聚合物。本文综述了智能高分子材料在生物和医学中的研究及应用。
【Abstract】 The properties of biomedical intelligent polymer materials can be changed obviously when there is a little physical or chemical change in external condition. They are in the forms of solids, solutions and polymers on the surface of carrier, including aqueous solution of hydrophilic polymers, cross-linking hydrophilic polymers (i.e. hydrogels) and the polymers on the surface of carrier. In this paper are reviewed the progress in researches and the application of biomedical intelligent polymer materials.
