金属表面植酸钝化处理试验研究
Experimental Study of Passivation Treatment of Metal Surface by phytic Acid
【摘要】 对金属材料采用植酸进行表面处理,可在其表面形成比较致密的钝化层。这种钝化层的化学物理性能相对稳定,可以取得良好的防腐蚀效果,提高了工质和金属管材之间的相容性,有利于提高金属材料在特定条件下的使用寿命。实验表明,植酸钝化处理方法是一种高效、环保、安全并具有良好发展前景的金属表面处理工艺。
【Abstract】 The treatment of steel materials by phytic acid can result in a compact passivated layer. The passivated layer stable in physical and chemical properties offers excellent corrosion resistance and improves the compatibility of process media and steel materials, which is favorable for extending the service life of the steels in certain conditions. The experiment shows that passivation treatment by phytic acid is a high - efficiency environmental friendly and safe metal surface treatment process with a bright development prospect.
