新型隔热涂料在储油罐上的应用与评价
Application of New Type Thermal Insulation Coating on Oil Tanks and Assessment
【摘要】 介绍了以丙烯酸树脂为基料的新型隔热涂料的组成以及在防腐蚀与隔热功能方面的双效性能。该涂料适合用于轻质油罐外壁的涂装 ,在涂刷 2~ 3道 (不小于 6 0 μm)的情况下 ,可对太阳光热起到良好的反射和阻隔作用 ,从而使油罐表面温度降低 10~ 2 0℃ ,使罐内介质温度降低 5~ 10℃ ,同时具有优良的防腐蚀性能。对其经济效益进行了分析测算。
【Abstract】 The composition of a new thermal insulation coating with acrylic resin as the base material and its performance in corrosion resistance and thermal insulation are introduced. This coating is appropriate for the application on the external wall of oil storage tanks. When the coating is no less than 60 μm thick(2~3 coats), it has a good reflection of sunlight and thermal insulation performance. The surface temperature of the tank can be reduced by 10~20℃ and the temperature of the stored media inside the tanks can be lowered by 5~10℃. In addition, it also exhibits excellent corrosion-resistance performance. The economics of the application is estimated.
