催化裂化装置管道膨胀节失效分析及防护
Analysis of Pipe Expansion Joint Failure in FCCU and Protection
【摘要】 对在役催化裂化装置的奥氏体不锈钢波纹管膨胀节失效原因进行了全面分析 ,由于刚度、温度、安装等因素引起的膨胀节失稳以及Cl-和SO2 引起的腐蚀破坏 ,是膨胀节失效的主要破坏形式。其防护措施包括 :在设计选型方面 ,采取导流形式防止介质冲刷和残留 ;在选材方面采取表面改性或选用 316L、317L或SAF2 2 0 5等耐蚀材质 ;减小安装误差和减少停工次数等。
【Abstract】 The causes of the failure of austenitic bellow expansion joint in the operating FCC unit are comprehensively analyzed. The major culprits of the failure are expansion joint instability caused by such factors as rigidity, temperature and installation and corrosion failure resulted from Cl- and SO 2. The effective prevention measures include adoption of smooth flow in the design to prevent impingement and build-up of residue, selection of surface-modified materials, 316L, 317L or SAF2205 and reduction of installation errors and unscheduled shutdown, etc.
