硬聚氯乙烯(RPVC)表面润湿性的研究

【摘要】 用正交法研究了在RPVC体系中添加亲水性MMT填料、稀土及CPE后润湿性的变化,考察了不同加入量对接触角的影响。结果表明:当本实验3变量因素的配比为:MMT/稀土/CPE=15/0.3/10时,测得制品的接触角是54°25′,比纯PVC配方体系的89°降低了近35°。同时对体系进行的力学性能考察表明,加入少量稀土可使CPE增韧PVC体系的拉伸强度提高25 6%,使断裂伸长率提高94 9%。

【Abstract】 The changes of moistenability in RPVC system were investigated by orthogonal method when hydrophilic montmorilonite filler,rare earth and CPE were added,and the effects of different addition contents on the contact angles were studied.The results demonstrated the moistenability was improved with the increase of montmorillonite and CPE additions while it lowed down with the decrease of rare eart content.When the ratio of montmorillonite/rare earth/CPE was 15/0.3/10,the contact angle measured was 54°25′,which was lower near 35° compared with 89° of pure PVC formulation system.The mechanical properties indicated the tensile strength increased 25.6% and elongation at break enhanced 94.9% when a little of rare earth was filled into CPE modified PVC system.
