【摘要】 通过文献资料和调查研究的方法,对城市体育职能部门、社区管理部门在城市社区体育中的定位进行了阐述。根据城市社区体育的定位和现实状况,提出了我国城市社区体育管理体制的初步构想。以政府"干预"、"介入"城市社区体育,实现社区管理与社区居民互动的管理运行机制为核心,从大力培育、扶持城市社区自治性体育组织,适度发展社区经营性体育组织的角度对管理体制进行探析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the methods of literature and investigations, the present article has set forth the orientation of municipal sports functional departments and social-area administrative departments in municipal social-area sports, and put forward the initial conception of the administrative system of municipal social-area sports of our country in the light of the orientation and status quo of municipal social-area sports. Taking the operative system of government’s interfering and intervening in municipal social-area sports and realizing the interaction of social-area and residents administration as a core, it has probed into the administrative system from the angle of exerting great efforts to foster self-government sports organizations and appropriately developing managerial sports organizations in municipal social-area.更多还原
