混合规则对天然气压缩因子预测精度的影响研究
COMPARATIVE STUDY FOR Z FACTOR PREDICTION BY USING DIFFERENT MIXTURE MODELS ON NATURAL GAS
【摘要】 在石油工程的很多计算中 ,天然气压缩因子是必要的基本参数。缺乏实验数据时 ,常常利用天然气的组成采用关联式来计算天然气的压缩因子 ,这些方法需要利用天然气的拟临界压力和拟临界温度来预测压缩因子。不同的计算天然气拟临界性质的混合规则对预测精度有较大的影响。在实测天然气压缩因子的基础上 ,对比研究了Key’s混合规则、Stewart-Burkhardt-Voo(SBV)混合规则和Sutton的改进SBV混合规则 (SSBV)对压缩因子预测精度的影响 ,同时分析了 6种关联式的预测精度。结果表明 :对不含C+7以上重烃的天然气 ,Key混合规则比SBV和SSBV混合规则精度高 ;对含有C+7重烃成分的天然气压缩因子的预测 ,Key混合规则精度变差 ,SSBV混合规则并没有比SBV规则有明显的改善 ;DAK1975关联式 +Key混合规则是不含C+7以上重烃的压缩因子预测的最佳组合。
【Abstract】 Z factor is a popular key parameter for petroleum engineering calculation. When the test data is not available, the correlations often be used to calculate it, according to the gas composition. Generally, those correlations are function of pseudocritical temperature and pseudocritical pressure. Z factor predicted by using different pseudocritical property mixture principle would be with different accurates. The Z factor predicting accurates by using Key’s and Stewart-Burkhardt-Voo(SBV) as well as Sutton-Stewart-Burkhardt-Voo(SSBV)rule have been compared based on lab experimental Z factors. And six different Z factor calculation correlations also have been studied. The results indicate Key rule is the best one for Z value predicting of no C + 7 natural gas, but its Error will increases when there is C + 7 component in gas. SSBV rule is not more accurate for natural gas Z factor predicting than SBV rule.
