石油污染土壤菌根修复技术研究

【摘要】 植物根际是一个能降解土壤中污染物的生物活跃区。应用菌根修复技术对某污灌区石油烃污染土壤进行了处理。在污染土壤中种植玉米和黄豆 ,通过施加不同的菌剂 ,采取菌剂和菌根强化修复措施 ,在一个生长季节后 ,土壤中石油类污染物降解率可达 5 3%~ 78%。本研究为该地区石油污染土壤的治理提供了有力的技术保证。

【Abstract】 After investigated the pollution of a certain sewage irrigation area, analyzed many methods on treating polluted soil, a technique was forward combining microbe preparation and mycorrhizal method. Experimental results showed that microbe prepared in the lab has a reward decrease to the oil pollutant. With soybean and corn, fungi can grow with plant root into mycorrhiza as a bioremediation method which is effective and economical on treating soils contaminated by petroleum hydrocarbons. Using this technique, the degradation of petroleum pollutant in the sewage irrigation area can be 53%~78% in one season, which indicated that a technological basis would be provided for the bioremediation of soil contaminated by petroleum hydrocarbons.
