钻井废水酸化-中和-混凝处理的试验研究

【摘要】 采用酸化 -中和 -混凝组合法对钻井废水进行了试验研究。探讨了酸化 -中和预处理的机理 ,筛选出了各处理过程处理剂的加量范围。试验结果表明 ,酸化能达到较好的破乳效果 ,在适当的工艺条件和加量下可有效降低钻井废水的COD值、悬浮物及油含量 ;用CaO作中和试剂 ,能进一步去除有机物 ,降低COD值及油含量。酸化 -中和 -混凝可在同一混凝池中进行 ,且经酸化 -中和预处理后 ,可大幅地降低混凝剂的加量

【Abstract】 Experimental studies on treatment of drilling wastewater have been made by a combined process, including acidification, neutralization and flocculation under various conditions. The mechanism of acidification and neutralization has been discussed, and the efficient range of the disposal regent in each treating process has been selected. The results of the experiments show that acidification can play a good role in demulsification, the content of COD cr ,the suspended solids and oil decreases greatly following adequate technique conditions and CaO can also remove organic substances, decrease the content of COD cr and oil. The process can be done in a coagulation tank, and the dosage of flocculant may decrease greatly after acidification and neutralization pretreatment.
