硫酸镁和神经节苷脂对新生鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤的影响

【摘要】 目的 :研究硫酸镁与神经节苷脂 (GM 1)对新生鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤 (HIBD)的影响。方法 :用SD大鼠 (7日龄 )制备HIBD模型 ,以末端脱氧核酸转移酶介导的三磷酸去氧鸟苷转移酶原位缺口末端标记技术检测大鼠脑皮质凋亡细胞数 ;观察硫酸镁或GM 1对大鼠体重、脑重量变化和脑细胞凋亡的影响。结果 :硫酸镁与GM 1干预组的体重增加值和左右脑重量差值与缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)对照组比较有统计学意义 ;两干预组皮质凋亡细胞数与HIE对照组比较明显减少 (P <0 0 1)。提示硫酸镁和GM 1有促进大鼠体重增长、改善脑水肿、减轻脑细胞凋亡发生的作用。结论 :硫酸镁和GM 1早期干预对HIBD具有一定的保护作用

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of magnesium sulfate and ganglioside(GM-1)on hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD)in neonatal rats.Methods:SD rats(7-day-old)were set up the HIBD model. The apoptosis of cortex was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling staining.The body weights,brain weights and apoptosis in rats were observed by magnesium sulfate or GM-1.Results:The gain weight values of magnesium sulfate and GM-1 groups and the different values of left-right brain weight were higher than those of HIE control group.The apoptosis cell numbers of cortex in magnesium sulfate group and GM-1 groups were lower than those in HIE control group(P<0.01).The magnesium sulfate and GM-1 were useful for promoting rats gain weight,improving brain edema,decreasing the apoptosis of brain cells.Conclusion: The magnesium sulfate and GM-1 have protective effect on HIBD.
