【摘要】 鄱阳湖区是一个以水稻生产为主的农林牧副渔综合经营的地区。粮食生产在江西乃至全国均属先进水平。但是,人多地少,人口不断增加,耕地日趋减少,所面临的资源、人口、粮食、环境的四大矛盾,向我们提出了严重挑战。那么如何深化农村改革、依靠科技进步,促进农业和粮食持续增长,争取上新的台阶?研究认为,加强低产田的改造具有花钱少,见效快,潜力大,效果好,是一项治穷富民兴农的好措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Boyang Lake area is mainly famous for its rice production,grain production in this area is important for China.With the increase of population and the decrease of arable land,the four contradictions are sharping,such as resources,population,grain and environment.It is proved that land improvement is an effective way to improve agriculture and raise grain production.更多还原
