In the 1920s in some Chinese rural areas,the Qianghui(non-governmental armed forces)movement developed into an unprecedented scale,which caught great attention of the Communist Party of China.With the organs of political power at all levels began to study it and brought forward a series of policies.Consequently,there were some successful cases and mistakes about CPC's policies.
