【Abstract】 The reason why sustainable development becomes the essential way to rejuvenate old industrial base in the Northeast is that it is decided mainly by the development conditions in the Northeast.Furthermore,the capability construction of sustainable development is the absolute choice for the rejuvenation.The rejuvenation and sustainable development in the Northeast basically depends upon the factors below:quickening the reform of economic system,transforming the traditional way of economic increase,strengthening the capability construction of the social supporting system and developing supporting system;laying more emphasis on the development of resources and the protection of environment,increasing the capability construction of the supporting system of existence and environment;controlling the population number and improving the population quality,forming the new talent mechanism,enhancing the capability construction of intellectual supporting system.Thus,we can drive the rejuvenation of the old industrial base in the Northeast,and furthermore promote the all-around,harmonious and sustainable development.更多还原
