水浮莲叶氨基酸及微量元素的测定
Determination of amino acids and trace elements in the pistia stratiotes L. leaves
【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法和原子吸收法对水浮莲叶中的氨基酸和微量元素进行测定,测得水浮莲叶中17种氨基酸和8种微量元素。结果表明:水浮莲叶中氨基酸总含量(为58.288mg/g)及必需氨基酸含量(为28.905mg/g)皆较高,且富含微量元素。
【Abstract】 Seventeen kinds of amino acids and eight kinds of trace elements from pistia stratiotes L. leaves were determined by HPLC and AAS respectively. The result shows that the contents of all amino and essential amino are higher, which are 58.288mg/g and 28.905mg/g, and the trace elements are abundant in it.
