紫苏芳香油含量的研究
Study on the content of aromatic oil of genus perilla
【摘要】 采用水蒸气蒸馏法研究了中国和日本各地的33份紫苏试材芳香油的含量。实验结果表明,在紫苏芳香油积累的高峰期,紫苏试材芳香油的差异性大,气味呈现多样性。结合芳香油含量和香气程度,目前栽培的大叶紫苏和大叶皱白苏品种较适合生产繁殖,亚热带气候较易培育紫苏优良品种。
【Abstract】 The aromatic oil in 33 samples of perilla collected from China and Japan is studied by using steam distillation. The result shows that the content of aromatic oil in different samples at the stage of peak of accumulative dynamics are variant as the same as odor of aromatic oil. Concerned the content of aromatic oil and the level of aroma, perilla frutescens (L.) Britt. Var. arguta (Benth.) Hand. - mazz and perilla frutescens (L.) Britt. Var. crispa (Thunb.) Hand. - mazz are considered to multiply for agriculture. Semitropical climate is suitable for plant of perilla.
